Ana Cecilia González

Vice President of Investments

Hector González

Vice President of Asset Management

  • 10+ years of asset management and real estate operations experience
  • Joined in EPC in October 2017, he is responsible for business plan execution and KPI’s follow-up, marketing and resident relations, property management software set-up and maintenance, operations best practices, ancillary income and periodic performance reporting
  • Prior to EPC, he worked at Colliers International as Asset Manager for the retail properties portfolio and at MIRA Companies (Black Creek Group) as Property Manager for the companies’ first mixed used project in Mexico.

  • At EPC, she is responsible for internal accounting, treasury, and compliance for EPC’s investment vehicles
  • Senior management experience at PGIM (the global Investment Management Businesses of Prudential Financial, Inc.) where she was responsible for financial reporting to the Mexican Stock Exchange, and at KPMG, where she worked as an audit manager
  • MBA from Escuela Bancaria y Comercial (EBC), postgraduate in Finance from Universidad Tecnologica de Mexico (UNITEC) and a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from UNITEC
