Ana Cecilia González

Senior Vice President of Investments and Portfolio Management

  • 10+ years of real estate investment experience, ranging from underwriting and acquisitions to asset and portfolio management
  • Joined EPC in 2016, she is responsible for overseeing acquisitions through closing, including origination, underwriting, market research, business plan preparation, debt financing and due diligence
  • At EPC, she has participated in the acquisition of 7,368 apartments in 28 multifamily properties representing a total investment of over $1.2 billion
  • Worked for Artha Capital, where she participated in over 20 closings worth$850+ million including industrial, retail, office and housing projects

Miroslawa Kopec

Senior Vice President of Fund Management and Investor Relations

  • 14+ years of real estate investment experience ranging from underwriting and acquisitions to portfolio management, valuations and fund management
  • Joined EPC in 2017, she is responsible for fund management, investor & lender reporting, and investor relations
  • Previous experience in Prudential Real Estate Investments and Walton Street Capital, where she oversaw over $1.5 billion in managed assets

Hector González

Senior Vice President of Asset Management

  • 12+ years of asset management and real estate operations experience
  • Joined in EPC in October 2017, he is responsible for business plan execution and KPI’s follow-up, marketing and resident relations, property management software set-up and maintenance, operations best practices, ancillary income and periodic performance reporting
  • Prior to EPC, he worked at Colliers International as Asset Manager for the retail properties portfolio and at MIRA Companies (Black Creek Group) as Property Manager for the companies’ first mixed used project in Mexico.

Johnny de la Espriella

Controller

  • 17+ years of experience in finance, accounting, and treasury in real estate
  • At EPC, she is responsible for internal accounting, treasury, and compliance for EPC’s investment vehicles
  • Senior management experience at PGIM (the global Investment Management Businesses of Prudential Financial, Inc.) where she was responsible for financial reporting to the Mexican Stock Exchange, and at KPMG, where she worked as an audit manager
  • MBA from Escuela Bancaria y Comercial (EBC), postgraduate in Finance from Universidad Tecnologica de Mexico (UNITEC) and a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from UNITEC

Sonia Horton

Vice President of Human Resources

  • 20+ years of experience in Human Resources across diverse industries, including multifamily, retail, and education, with in-depth knowledge of employment law, HR programs, and people operations
  • Since joining EPC in 2023, she has overseen the HR function for both the US and Mexico
  • MBA from the Metropolitan University of Honduras
