Venue at Winter Park added to EPC Promecap Multifamily Partners V, LLC (“Fund V”) Portfolio
Orlando, Fla. (March 23, 2022) – EPC Promecap Multifamily Partners V, LLC (“Fund V”), a private investment vehicle co-managed by Eagle Property Capital Investments, LLC (“EPC”), a vertically integrated real estate investment manager focused on the value-add multifamily space and Promecap, S.A. de C.V. (“Promecap”), a leading private equity firm based in Mexico City, acquired an apartment community in the Orlando Metro area: the 432-unit Venue at Winter Park.

With this acquisition, EPC now owns and manages three properties in the Orlando metro area.

Built in the 1970s and last renovated four years ago, Venue at Winter Park offers a diverse unit mix ranging from one- to three-bedroom floor plans, providing the opportunity to cater to different tenant needs.
